Teenage Body Image Workshops. Here we explore the importance of feeling good about your body and what you can do to enhance your look.
We explore the myth behind magazine graphics and media frenzy, while learning essential grooming techniques for dress and makeup.
Adult Image Presentations. Cosimina is available for presentation and talks on fashion, style and how to get the most out of your look. The talks are fun, enjoyable and interactive. She is available for social gatherings, fundraisers, positive support groups or as a presenter during a networking or corporate lunches.
Schools – Dressing for job interview. In this popular presentation designed especially for students, Cosimina Nesci explains the role of image in winning a job and reveals the eight easy steps to interview success.
During the workshop, Cosimina helps demystify the interview process by taking students through a series of fun, hands-on exercises that encourage learning through sharing and co-operation. She also takes a light-hearted, friendly approach to presenting that ensures students never feel criticised or uncomfortable.
A central part of Cosimina’s message is that winning a dream job depends on more than simply doing your best on the day. She reveals that what you do before and after the interview is just as important. Cosimina therefore leads students through every aspect of the interview process – from initial preparation through to presentation and follow-up.
